Rates

	All rates are for double occupancy and subject to 6% PA sales tax. Please see Rooms & Accommodations for individual prices.
	Included with the nights stay is a full hot breakfast each morning and coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day.
	Please add $15 for each additional adult in the room, $10 for each additional child.
	We are open year round and ask that you join us for a minimum two night stay on holiday and special event weekends.
	Well behaved children are welcome.
	Pet policy available, please call for details.
	No smoking is permitted in the house. However, smoking is permitted on the front porch for guest's convenience.
	Check out is: 11 AM.
	Check in is between 3pm and 5pm. Arrangements can be made in advance for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 deposit will be taken at the time of reservation so please be sure of your travel plans before confirming your reservation. Refunds will be issued minus a $10 processing fee for cancellations made 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 10 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount unless the room is re-rented. For special circumstances, arrangements can be made to transfer charges to a future stay.
